Those words were spoken by my Josh when I told him that the chocolate mousse he was enjoying had no eggs, just whipped cream. Follow the link below for the recipe.

I still don't know who had more fun...
So my family--all of them--came to see me last month! It was good, crazy fun.
Saturday, I made dinner for all. A giant cucumber salad, braciole with rigatoni, and lemon cheesecake for dessert. Yum-O!
Sunday was the meeting and the Bears game. Soooo, the family all came here for lunch. This included the Saxes--long time BFFs of my parents. Lunch was my take on Chicago style hot dogs for Brian and pulled barb-b-que chicken sandwiches (courtesy of Jack Daniels...in your refrigerated meat case at your corner market). We had french fries and the remaining cucumber salad.
Allegra tried to teach me to crochet. It didn't take completely while she was here but I keep working and am pleased with my progress. She'll weigh in on it at the end of the month when I'm there for the weekend. (Long story, different post. )
Now we get to Monday and the title of this post (although, in hindsight, I think it may apply to the entire weekend). This day was about Allen. ALL about Allen. First stop Khol Children's Museum. Let's let some photos tell the story:
Did you notice that Allen sticks his tongue out when out concentrating? I love it that that he concentrates like that while grocery shopping. Won't he make some lovely woman a wonderful husband in, I don't know, 30 years or so?
So what do you think--who had more fun? The four year old or the six adults he had in tow?
Next stop: Shedd Aquarium. Flashes upset the fish so photos are limited. I'll see what I can dig up...
I love rays! Even the stingrays (like above) look like they are smiling at you!
Okay, I'm outta stuff to say.
I love you all, but I'm done.
